Seeking a college or university degree, taking a few courses, working on a certificate or signing up for a professional/technical certification is a great way to position yourself for success. Through the Tuition Assistance Program, Lockheed Martin provides financial assistance to full-time and part-time employees across the United States toward certain education expenses.

A note for non-U.S.-based employees: The procedure and resources below are applicable for Lockheed Martin employees who are attending a U.S.-based school—including virtually—and who are on a U.S.-based payroll system. Non-U.S.-based employees should contact their HR business partner for information on tuition assistance available in each country.
